Tell us a little about yourself and what makes you unique as a REALTOR®.
I truly believe I treat everyone fairly and pay attention to what the client is looking for. Having morals and integrity is so important!
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
In this current market with so many multiple offer situations, buyers easily get discouraged. But, when my client's offer finally gets accepted, I can't wait to give them that call!
How many years have you been a REALTOR®?
In a few weeks, I will be celebrating my 10 year anniversary as a REALTOR®.
What advice do you have for our members preparing to buy a home?
Do your homework! Currently, our market has a shortage of listings. Homes are selling quickly. Having your prequalification letter in hand gives you an advantage, so you can quickly place an offer. Speak to a loan officer to start your home buying process and set your goals.
Tell us about your personal passions and community involvement - or anything else you'd like to share.
Being involved in your community is so important as a REALTOR®. You have to be up to date in what new projects are coming to your community. I am an ambassador for the Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce, Salvation Army Board Director, Young Emerging Leader member, and Vice President of the Port Neches-Port Arthur-Nederland Board of REALTORS®.
