Who do I contact to get assistance or file a claim?
In order to file a claim, call:
- Identity Theft Protection: call 1-866-210-0361.
- Cell Phone Protection: call 1-866-210-0361 within 60 days of damage or theft.
- Roadside Assistance, Emergency Travel Assistance, Pet Coverage: call 1-877-275-2995, and the service rep will contact available companies to assist you.
Does eClub offer a mobile app?
Yes. After you have registered and activated your benefits, you can download the eClub Online app in the App Store or Google Play.
What if I decide I want to discontinue my Advantage Checking?
No problem. If you decide you would like to revert back to our Basic Checking, contact our Member Services team at (409) 899-3430 and complete our form to opt out.
How much does it cost to open a Checking Account?
A minimum deposit of $5 is required to open a Checking Account.
