Community Calendar

The Annual YAC Summit, sponsored by the Texas Municipal League and hosted this year by the City of Beaumont, is scheduled to take place January 31 - February 2, 2025, and we are thrilled to extend an invitation for you to be a speaker at this impactful event. The YAC Summit is a unique, statewide gathering designed to educate, inspire, and empower high school seniors and youth advisory commissions through skill-building workshops, inspirational keynotes, and interactive activities. This year’s event will also include engaging breakout sessions, community service projects, and networking opportunities for both youth and adult participants.

DuGood will be speaking about financial literacy at this event on Saturday, February 1st. 

2025 Night to Shine- Ridgewood Church Port Arthur Texas- Tim Tebow Foundation. What is Night to Shine? It's an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14+.

The Lumberton Chamber is hosting their Annual Cupid 5k & Kids K Glow Run on Saturday, February 8. It will be held at the Lumberton High School from 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm. We will have a booth and passing out items.

Barber's Hill project graduation is having their 8th annual love run and walk! The kid dash will be held that same day but will start at 8:00 am. All funds will be used for the 2025 Senior Graduates.

Hope Women’s Resource Clinic is a non-profit 501C3 organization (76-0548301) that relies completely on the community for support to provide free services to women and their families in crisis pregnancy through the baby’s first year of life. They provide hope and unconditional love as well as material, emotional, and spiritual support. Their Aim for Life is a fundraising event to assist them in providing all of their services free to their clients.
