GETTING STARTED
Business Membership
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, or worships in Chambers, Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Newton, Orange, or Tyler County.
When you open a new business account, we’ll also need a copy of your business formation documents. Depending on the type of business, those could include (but are not limited to):
- EIN Paperwork
- Articles of Incorporation
- Assumed Name Certificate
- Certificate of Formation
- Certificate of Filing
Business Loans
When you apply for a business loan at DuGood, you can feel confident knowing that we’ll walk you through the entire process step by step. Unlike other financial institutions, our Business Loan decisions are made and serviced right here at the credit union. Here’s what you’ll need to get started.

Then, submit to our Commercial Lending Department along with:
- Name of business owners and percent of ownership
- Last three years of filed business and/or personal tax returns
