GETTING STARTED
- Log in to Online Banking
- Open the Additional Services menu
- Select Email & Text Alerts
To Add a New Alert
- Click the "Add an alert +" button
- Choose from the available alert types
- Fill in the required options
Note: Be sure your email and cell phone number are correct. When registering a new cell phone number you will receive a text with a verification code to provide authorization.
TYPES OF ALERTS
Many different alerts can be set up, depending on the types of accounts you have. some examples include:
- Balance Update
- Low balance
- High balance
- Large withdrawal
- Large deposit
- Check cleared
- Loan payment reminder
- Loans payment overdue
- Maturity date
- Personal message or reminders
SET IT UP YOUR WAY
Once you have created an alert, it will be shown in the list of active alerts. Here, you can turn them on or off, and adjust how you receive them via email and/or text. If needed, this is also where you can customize the accounts, limits, balance, and other alert settings.
